Brian Balconi is a neutral mediator specializing in franchise and business disputes. He helps both franchisors and franchisees, as well as their attorneys, resolve complex conflicts efficiently and fairly. His experience includes termination disputes, multi-unit conflicts, operational challenges, marketing and branding matters, supply chain issues, and fee or contract disagreements.

Before focusing on mediation, Brian held leadership roles including General Counsel for Little Caesars and Authority Brands, as well as executive positions with national franchise systems, giving him insight into the challenges faced by corporate and franchise stakeholders. He has also worked closely with franchisees and small business owners, ensuring a balanced understanding of all perspectives in disputes.
